The residential complex offers a wonderful shared chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5.5 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.5 to 2 metres. It’s surrounded by a great lawn area where you can bask in the sun or play with your children. In addition, you find the beach just 340 metres away. So you can enjoy some wonderful days between the beach and the pool and every day come back to the private terrace of the apartment and relax with the views to the mountains and the sea at the end.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
