Kavale, Kangaroo Valley - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Summer Season Perfect for two couples, Kavale is a beautiful getaway in the heart of Kangaroo Valley. Recently renovated, the property offers all the luxury amenities you will need for your stay, including French linen, toiletries and a full kitchen. Please note: - Strictly no parties at this property - please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Kavale is located right in the heart of Kangaroo Village. It is adjacent to The General store and The General Cafe, which is great for breakfast and your early morning coffee. Why choose Kavale? Wake up to the local bird life and neighbouring Alpacas, grab yourself a local coffee and take your time enjoying some retail therapy! Recent renovations have been finished to a very high standard and the installation of solar panels also helps us to reduce the carbon footprint. How is the property laid out? Kavale has two bedrooms, both with queen beds. One bedroom has an ensuite, with a shower and a toilet, the other uses the main bathroom which also has a shower and toilet. There is a spacious lounge, with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a dining area that opens onto the sun-drenched deck and a kitchen equipped with an oven, cooktop and coffee machine. WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it? Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither Property Manager nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan. What about outdoors? There is a beautiful, sun-drenched deck that takes in the wonderful views of the river and the escarpments. Even though Kavale is centrally located, the outdoor area is very private. Staying warm or keeping cool? Kavale has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. For the cold winter months there is a fireplace in the living room and electric blankets on the beds. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Kavale supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels. Parking for cars, etc? Kavale has open parking for 2 cars. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options. What are the minimum stay rules? - Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Summer Season rules? Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays. Who will I be dealing with during my stay? This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 300 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach, Kangaroo Valley and the Southern Highlands.
