Westbrook is a spacious and beautifully decorated single level home, perfect for a family or group getaway. Just a short stroll to the Hampden Bridge and into the village with its cafes and shopping and to the Kangaroo River. Five superb bedrooms accommodates twelve guests including a king bedroom with ensuite; a fabulous swimming pool, 2 large screen TVs, billiards table, wandering wildlife and friendly birds. Close to the wedding bus pick up point and situated on an acre of level, well-tended gardens Westbrook backs onto Crown land leading to the Kangaroo River, where you might encounter a wallaby or two, yet in a tranquil, suburban location. Designed with the large family in mind, with spacious kitchen, dual dining facilities and sunny outdoor entertaining and BBQ areas.

Where will I be?
Westbrook is just 1 klm from the Kangaroo Valley village on a private one acre, with a general store and fuel stop close by plus a short stroll to the main road for wedding bus pickups. Please note: Westbrook is situated in a quiet suburban location – strictly no parties are permitted at any time.

How is the property laid out?
Westbrook is a single level home, all under one roof and with only one step up to the front door. The enormous main king bedroom ensuite features a private spa, walk in robe, and has access to the rear terrace. A bunk bedroom for the kids sits adjacent. Three beautifully appointed queen bedrooms are situated at the other end of the home along with a generous bathroom with bath, additional separate toilet and laundry. There’s room for everyone in two separate lounges, two dining spaces and billiards table for family challenges. The swimming pool and terrace is just outside the massive glass sliding doors on the northern side of the home.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither Property Manager nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Westbrook has lovely lawn areas on both sides of the house, and lots of mature trees. At the rear of the house is a large swimming pool, with good outdoor entertaining areas.
Stay warm or keeping cool?
Westbrook has fully ducted air conditioning for heating and cooling. For the cooler months, there is also a gas fireplace for extra comfort and ambience.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Westbrook supplies all linen and bath towels. Please however bring swimming towels if you want those for the pool.
Parking for cars, etc?
Westbrook has open air parking on the driveway for 2 - 4 cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
