The first floor contains a separate entrance.<p> <p>Please note this pool has a bathing platform that has a sudden drop where the water depth changes from .50m in depth to .90M in depth. The rest of the whole pool is 1.40cm Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.<p> <p> Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 250cm wide. The path to the poolside is 120cm wide. From the main floor, there are 27 steps down to the poolside. This can be seen in the images. The terrace is made up of crazy paving, so uneven in places. There is also a vast lawn area. Inside, the first floor bedroom doors are 78cm wide, whilst the widest shower room door is 80cm wide. There are 27 steps down to the self contained ground floor apartment.
