Both bedrooms are spacious with ample closet space, and the bathrooms are elegantly updated with contemporary fixtures and finishes. Living in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage will feel like a perpetual vacation. The airy, light-filled spaces with coastal decor create a serene, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere. Each of the bedrooms features a queen size bed with fresh linens ready to cover you after a day spent at the beach. There are two bathrooms in the cottage, newly updated and ready for you. Lather products are provided for your initial arrival and hair dryers are always provided during your stay. Mornings start with coffee in the fully equipped kitchen and evenings end with sunsets close to the ocean breeze, just steps away from your front door. Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. We take your happiness and comfort seriously. No request is too big or too small for our team and we strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Don’t hesitate to ask. You’ll be able to travel in this area by a combination of walking, biking, and using local public transportation. The area is relatively compact and pedestrian-friendly, with scenic beaches and parks easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. For a more leisurely experience, consider using rideshare services or driving, especially if you plan to explore nearby attractions outside of Ocean View. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. 2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund. For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Property Management team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All of our homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Property Management representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Property Management buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Property Management can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. * Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet. * Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads * Dental Floss * Q-tips/Cotton Balls * Diapers * Pills * Paper Towels/Tissues 3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $450, per pet. This only applies to pet friendly listings. 4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. 5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Property Management reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
