The living room features a marble fireplace w/ fire glass, Bluetooth sound bar, and plenty of seating. The living room couch folds down to a double bed. The fully-equipped kitchen is just off the living room and has everything you’ll need to cook a gourmet meal: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.
There’s an island counter top bar that seats 3 guests and a formal dining table that seats 4.
Each bedroom has it’s own style and decor giving the rooms their own unique look and feel. There is also plenty of closet and storage space.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
