As you enter the villa, there is a spacious open plan living area, kitchen, and dining area which leads out to the swimming pool and the backyard. The living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and a dining table. Additionally, there is a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix and Free-WIFI coverage throughout the villa.
The villa can boast about its modern fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils. Cook like a home away from home!
One of the bedrooms with ensuite bathroom is situated on the ground floor. Also you can find here a guest toilet, where the washing machine is placed.
As you head up το on the first floor you will find three bedrooms. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for your extra comfort! In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed and a seaview balcony. In the second bedroom, you will also find a double bed. In bedroom number three you will find two single beds and a balcony.All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and air conditioners.
The backyard provides you complete privacy, a quiet place with relaxing amenities. You will also find a large barbeque, table, and chairs so you can relax in the shade during the hot summer days and enjoy your morning tea or that cold beer by the pool during a nice and sunny Cypriot afternoon. Sunbeds and umbrellas allow you to enjoy your day near the swimming pool.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.
FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.
If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.
