On the top floor of the property, you will find 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning! The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a large glass door that will let the sun come through and fill your batteries with energy and Vitamin D while leading to a balcony with a view of one of Limassol’s most Iconic buildings. The second bedroom also features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a large window with a beautiful view of a garden full of Citrus fruit trees. Also on the upper floor, you will find the main bathroom that features a bathtub, toilet, and sink. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful open space living area that includes the living room, the kitchen, a dining area, a toilet, and a relaxing backyard. In the living area and dining area, you will find a large sofa, a smart TV, a workstation, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything from a full-sized stove to tableware and cooking utensils. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock an items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there! EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment. FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group. ELECTRICITY IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice: We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits: * Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH. If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily.
