What We Love
Entering this prestigious double-fronted property, past the fountain and perfectly manicured hedges, you’ll step foot in a grand entranceway, framing the statement staircase. A stylish combination of traditional elegance with contemporary design has transformed this palatial home into a modern classic. With reams of entertaining space, from the cocktail bar to the private outdoor pool, this property is a dreamy escape at any time of year.
The ground floor of this home delivers grandeur, style and endless entertainment for the most discerning of guests. The open-plan layout and monochrome scheme adds a contemporary edge to this fine home. The sleek black kitchen with marble island elevates your morning coffee, and the living space opens into your private garden, where you’ll find spaces for barbequing, eating, and lounging, as well as your large private pool. What’s more, this entertaining space has its own cocktail bar, separating the dining and sitting area. What could be better than mixing a gimlet for friends to enjoy in the greenery beyond?
When not enjoying the gorgeous entertaining rooms, this house offers more than enough space, privacy and luxury for up to 10 people. The second floor hides two bathrooms and a second rumpus room (where teenagers can escape during the day), and on the first floor, you will find 5 sumptuous bedrooms, the master with its own ensuite.
A property like this is, of course, situated in a highly selective postcode, you are only a short stroll to Lane Cove village, where you’ll find an abundance of welcoming shops, bustling cafes and upmarket restaurants. We recommend checking out Garcon in the lofty Canopy; a French-inspired bistro, cafe & restaurant set in a trendy space with a matching vibe.
