The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi Beach as you drink or dine. - Take a walk around Marks park - a scenic spot for yoga with a view, and the perfect place for a picnic. There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don’t have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber. Home Truths - There is multiple beautiful types of birds that will visit you in the backyard. - No lift access - The backyard is all gated and secured. - There are 10 steps from the footpath to the entrance of the home. - This property includes 3 parking spaces: 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. - There is construction happening at the end of the street, the work will be done mid-late 2025.
