The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bathroom, the guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with an adjoining full bathroom and the loft has 2 twin beds. To make you feel right at home there is also a spacious dining area, living room and washer/dryer. New owners and recent updates! All new flooring throughout the villa as well as upgraded bathrooms. An upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with new plates, bowls, serving dishes, silverware and glasses. For those who prefer grilling, a gas grill is provided. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • The minimum age requirement for rental is 25 years of age. Trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles and unregistered golf carts are not allowed in the community. The home is non-smoking and smoking is prohibited. All guests must adhere to parking allotments and occupancy allowances to avoid additional fines. No parties or events are allowed. Refrain from hanging towels and clothing from balconies. Fireplaces are not for guest use. Fireworks are prohibited. Please respect the island’s quiet hours between 11PM-7AM. This home may allow a dog for a fee. If bringing a pet, it must be approved by our company and/or the owner and you must adhere to leash laws.
