In one of the most charming towns in Mallorca, Puerto de Sóller, we find this modern apartment divided into 2 floors, with a spectacular terrace, amazing sea views and capacity for 6 guests.
The large terrace is the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking in the Tramuntana mountains or on the beach. You can enjoy your meals under the awning while admiring the breathtaking views or have a drink while marvelling at the sunset.
To access this modern flat, you will have to climb a steep flight of stairs from the street. The interior of the flat is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with AC and satellite TV. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. - Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
