Upon entering the bottom level, you’ll find yourself in a spacious living room featuring a cozy sitting area with a large, comfortable sofa, a stylish armchair, a smart TV, and beautiful tropical plants. Just behind it, there’s a majestic, royal-like dining table with 6 comfy chairs, perfect for long and charming dinner gatherings. The entrance hall also features a convenient WC. Moving further, you’ll discover a practical and modern kitchen, fully equipped with an induction cooktop, efficient oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, a separate wine fridge, and all the necessary amenities. There’s another large table for 6 people to enjoy a delightful lunch or breakfast together. The outdoor patio is a true oasis, boasting a huge swimming pool with a sunbathing area, an umbrella, and a comfortable sofa with a foldable roof. You’ll also find a covered dining area and a gas BBQ, allowing you to savour alfresco meals. All the downstairs spaces, both indoors and outdoors, are beautifully connected through modern windows and glass doors, creating a seamless flow and connection with the stunning natural surroundings. Ascending the stairs from the living room, you’ll reach an American-style office with a sitting desk and an adjustable standing desk, as well as a cozy reading nook and a board games area. This versatile space also features workout equipment, perfect for a morning strength training session or an evening yoga routine. The sofa here can easily transform into a single bed, providing additional sleeping accommodations. Continuing down the upstairs corridor, you’ll enter the ’night space,’ which comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Satin cotton bed linens and cotton towels are provided throughout, and each room is equipped with both USB-A and USB-C adapters for your convenience. Bedroom 1 - Blue: This room offers two single beds (80X200) that can be combined into one comfortable double bed (160X200). It also provides access to a small balcony and a simple wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - Green: This bedroom features a wide single bed (105X200), a large wardrobe, and access to a balcony. Bathroom 1: This shared bathroom serves both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. It includes a bathtub, toilet, and a large sink with a mirror. Bedroom 3 - (En suite): Boasting a king-sized bed (180X200), this room also offers a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and two separate sinks. Directly from this bedroom, you can access the backyard garden. The backyard garden upstairs can be reached from either the pool area or through the third bedroom. Within the garden, you’ll find a volleyball pitch and a roundnet setup, providing ample outdoor entertainment options.
