Floor Plan is as follows: This two-story house can be entered via the internal garage access on the first floor. Access between the two internal floors is via internal 14-16 stairs. On the first floor we have the garage, two bedrooms and a share bathroom. Upstairs on the second floor includes the kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, storage closet and spacious balcony with external stair access to the ground floor. Parking: 1 x uncovered designated parking spot on driveway in-front of unit. 1 x covered parking in single car garage. Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind packet, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.
