From the outside The School House has a narrow frontage but it’s deceptively spacious once you’re inside. Every care has been taken to decorate and style the interiors so you can enjoy a wonderful stay.
The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric fan assisted oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The large island provides a great, sociable dining space but there’s also a table and four chairs outside in the enclosed, private garden for warmer days.
The house enjoys superfast WiFi, and the lounge has a 40" smart TV with Netflix included.
There are two ensuite bedrooms to sleep four guests. In the master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed and a workspace/dressing area, whilst the second bedroom has a double bed. The master bedroom ensuite bathroom has a luxurious free-standing bath and large walk-in shower, a large basin with drawer storage, and a toilet. The second ensuite has a corner, walk-in shower, toilet and basin with storage.
A separate ground floor WC is also available at The School House for added convenience.
Luxury toiletries from Land & Water, crisp white linen and fluffy towels are all included so you get that boutique hotel feel but with the benefit of having all the space to yourselves - ideal if you’re travelling with friends, family or children! A travel cot, high chair and toddler dining set are also provided for little ones.
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There is a parking permit at the property which allows guests to park one vehicle close by, where a space is available. There are also a number of pay and display car parks in the local area.
Hereford lies on the border with Wales, hugged by the Malvern Hills and the Black Mountains. It takes under two hours to drive from Bristol, Birmingham, Oxford and Cardiff, with London and Manchester within three hours.
If you are travelling by train, the railway station at Hereford has direct trains running to Birmingham, Chester, Manchester, Cardiff, Carmarthen and Holyhead, with a maximum journey time of 1½ hours.
The are regular bus services to Gloucester, Worcester and Monmouth.
Bristol Airport is 48 miles away from Hereford.
