This bright and sunny apartment offers a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. It has air conditioning in the living room, central heating, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms to ensure your comfort throughout the year.
It has 3 bedrooms distributed as follows: one double bedroom with a large bed, spacious wardrobes, and plenty of natural light; a second bedroom with bunk beds (two single beds), storage space, and ample brightness; and a third single bedroom, also very bright, comfortable, and with enough space for your belongings.
The apartment has a large, fully equipped bathroom, with a shower, storage space, toilet, and bidet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for added convenience.
In the laundry area, you’ll find a washing machine, space for drying clothes, and storage for cleaning products.
The kitchen, completely renovated and independent, is equipped for cooking and living comfortably during long stays. It also has natural light, making it even more functional and pleasant.
The dining area is perfectly divided into two well-defined spaces: the dining zone, with a large table and chairs, ideal for all meals, accompanied by large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. There is also a desk for working or studying. In the living room area, surrounded by windows that bring warmth and natural light, you can relax on two sofas and an armchair, enjoying a quiet afternoon or watching a movie on the 65-inch TV.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, making it an ideal place for working or studying from home.
Thanks to its location and height, the apartment offers beautiful views of the city. The neighborhood is very lively, with many shops and businesses, and the street is pedestrianized, making it perfect for comfortable walks.
Its excellent location makes it a privileged place: the metro is right in front of the apartment, and there are multiple nearby bus stops. You’ll be able to explore many of the city’s most interesting places on foot.

Violation of these rules will result in eviction from the apartment and the loss of the security deposit.

Guests enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we are available to assist them at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
INCLUDED SERVICES: Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, will be available upon your arrival as a courtesy. However, you will be asked to replenish these items if needed during your stay.
NOT INCLUDED SERVICES: Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are not included in the rent and will be charged based on consumption. A provision of funds (€8 per day) will be charged before arrival, which will be adjusted with the utility bills at the end of the stay.
IMPORTANT: We do not provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, tea, or any type of food, as we are not authorized to serve food.
The beds will be made and ready for use, and two towels per person will be provided: one bath towel and one hand towel.
Access to the apartment is autonomous via an electronic lock, meaning there will be no additional charges for arrivals outside the established hours.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is specified in the listing. The deposit must be paid before arrival. To simplify the process, we use the Swikly service, a secure platform that allows you to make the deposit online using a bank card number, without affecting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for transfers, cash payments, or bank card holds. To complete the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the host and follow the instructions at least one month before arrival. This process is not a payment but an authorization to charge in case of damage.
Banking fees associated with the deposit are the responsibility of the guest, and Swikly will directly charge a 1% fee on the deposit amount when accepting the authorization.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGE: If the property is clean and in good condition at the end of your stay, and no damage or missing items are found during the inventory check, the guest’s bank details will be deleted within a maximum of 10 days after check-out.
If this is not the case, Swikly will charge the deposit for damages, deducting the cost of the damages plus an additional 5.6% charge for management fees.
