For sun worshippers, the pool is lined with reclining sun loungers, which are surrounded by towering trees and a luscious lawn. The terracotta tiled terrace is great for family feasts, which features a brick-built BBQ and the added bonus of table tennis. </p> <p>Inside, the villa is homely, with white-washed walls, cool floor tiles, and soft furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen opens up into an indoor dining room and comes complete with everything you should need for your self-catering holiday. With four cosy air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, Villa Punta Colet is a great choice for up to eight people.</p> <p> Mobility statement - To access the villa there are 4 steps from the parking area. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The terrace is a mixture of tiles and lawn, which is relatively flat. There is a small lip into the pool, whilst the pool itself has step access via 5 steps. This can be seen in the images. This is a ground-floor property. The door into the kitchen is 70cm wide, whilst the door to the lounge is 135cm wide.
