A fantastic place for families and four legged friends to play, Wildwood is positioned on a secluded trail just down the street from Sunrise Pool and boasts a hot tub, a peaceful front porch, an arcade game stocked with the classics, and a fully fenced yard for both the dogs and the kids to explore.
Wildwood’s sage green cabinets, warm wood and leather tones, and black accents exude the serene, natural ambiance of the great outdoors. Connect to the Bluetooth speaker in the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area and listen to your favorite music while you enjoy a game night around the dining table or try a new recipe in the kitchen.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Wildwood has an occupancy maximum of 10 guests and 2 dogs. A dog fee will be collected upon confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Wildwood. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
