Located in the quiet Lincolnville district of downtown, the home is in a historic neighborhood bordered by the Lightner Museum, the San Sebastian Winery, St. Augustine Distillery with The Ice Plant Restaurant, and the historic art district, all within a 7-9 minute walk from the home. You will enjoy the extra finishing touches giving warmth and style to the entire home. Gather around a fully supplied kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, and floating island bar to enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances. No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
