The apartment is located of the newly built villas. The space has been designed to reflect the mountain climate and combine it with modern natural materials. Thanks to this, we can invite you to the interior, where highlander herringbone fits perfectly with fashionable materials and furniture. The apartment is designed for six people, offering a comfortable QueenSize beds and sofa in living room. In the living space there is a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary equipment such as a dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Make yourself at home and take care of our place as if it were yours.
- 1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
- 2. Do not let unverified people into your apartment.
- 3. The user bears full responsibility for any damage or loss caused during the stay. Guests will be charged for any material damages if they occur.
- 4. Persons not mentioned in the booking cannot stay in the apartment.
- 5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed with the host.
- 6. Before leaving home, make sure all windows are closed.
- 7. This is a non-smoking apartment. A one-time penalty fee will be applied in case of violation.
- 8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
- 9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise agreed in the description.
