Take a short elevator ride up to the top floor where spectacular ocean views and the open concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms await you. Curl up for a movie on the high definition Smart TV and Sonos surround sound in the living room, or head outside to the upstairs deck and watch the sun sink behind the Pacific Ocean waves. Boasting over 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space, the middle and lower floors both feature covered decks with overhead heaters and a spacious hot tub to relax and unwind under the stars.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Play Among the Stars has an occupancy maximum of 8 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Play Among the Stars. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- This home is located near an active construction area.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
