Walkers Tiny Escape by Property Manager is situated in the charming town of Colton, on the west coast of Eyre Peninsula. Just 36 minutes from Port Kenny, our farm stay is conveniently located near the bushwalking and bird-watching spots. Explore the dunes and rugged coastline of the Eyre Peninsula while staying in our holiday homes.
Hop on nearby attractions like Talia Caves, and pristine beaches such as Venus Bay and Sheringa Beach. Swimming, surfing, windsurfing, sandboarding, 4WD, and fishing are a few of the relaxing activities at Lake Newland National Park.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
Guests have access to the tiny home and its surroundings. Except for the land host’s private residence and shed area.
ADVISORY:
- Please keep a safe distance from farm animals and do not feed them.
- Do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host’s permission.
- We are a working farm; please expect sheep and farm noise on our property.
By car:
- 10 km drive from Elliston township
- 169 km drive from the nearest Airport in Port Lincoln. Both 2WD and 4WD access.
By public transport: We recommend guests travel by private vehicle. We also deliver groceries for a fee.
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
- Given the rural setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION.
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- Mobile reception has a strong signal with Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone, weak signal for 2degrees and Spark.
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present.
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
