Welcome to Tide & Seak! This south-facing coastal farmhouse in Seabrook’s South Farm district enjoys tons of natural light.

Enjoy our peaceful location near Barn Hill Park and hear the roar of the ocean as you relax on the front porch or in the fully fenced backyard. Visit nearby Horseshoe Park for an evening bonfire or to play a game of horseshoes. The playground, tennis courts and basketball court are just around the corner, and the beach and town center are just a short walk or bike ride away.

The cook’s kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for everyday and holiday meals. Coffee options include a drip coffee maker, Keurig with pods, French Press, and plenty of mugs for all. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Tide & Seak has an occupancy maximum of 6 guests and is a pet free home.
  • Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
  • There is no smoking in Tide & Seak. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
  • No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
  • The minimum rental age is 25.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
  • Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
