The ideal tiny house located in a grassy paddock surrounded by native trees, this secluded retreat offers distant views of South Nanango and the Bunya Mountains.

Sunset Retreat by Tiny Away sits in the rural locality of Glan Devon, just an hour's drive from Gympie Queensland. The ideal countryside tiny home bordered by vast cattle properties with smaller farms located along the road to our property. Although the road is not paved, it is well-maintained for both 2WD and 4WD vehicles. Embark on a breathtaking scenic drive just 2 hours away, and you'll find yourself amidst Hervey Bay Restaurants such as Enzo’s on the Beach, and Odyssey Bistro, or delight in the local favorite, Maddigan’s Seafood. For sunkissed adventure, the Sunshine Coast Beaches is popular for its white sand beaches, conveniently close to the iconic Noosa Heads Main Beach. Our local recommendations: - The Goomeri Bakery offers delicious French pastries and dine-in treats. - Nanango Markets opens every first Saturday of each month featuring various festivals throughout the year. - Clovely Estate Red Hill serves delicious platters and homegrown olives at 91 Steinhardts Road, Red Hill both at Moffatdale. - Bunya Mountains offer wonderful views and restaurants including Poppies on the Hill and the Bunya Mountains restaurant at the summit. - Mt. Stanley Road on the way to Linville and Moore features fishing holes, gorgeous river crossings, photo opportunities, and cycling trails to Yarraman and Blackbutt, and Bjelke Petersen Dam has picnic areas and boating (including power boats and water skiing). Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- PetsAllowed:petStayForFree,If they arrive and the gate is closed it is to be left closed - country rule of thumb. Rubbish must be placed into the bin supplied as we have wallabies and hares and guinea fowl roaming the property.
