Our local recommendations: - Obi Obi Town Walk, and Maple Street Maleny for eats, art, fashion and treats. - Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve with stunning rainforest walks, great breakfasts, and cafes. - Gardners Falls Maleny, and Buderim Falls are also easy places to visit and enjoy the scenery. - Maleny-Kenilworth Road towards Conondale and Kenilworth offer great day trips destinations. - Maleny-Montville-Mapleton Balmoral Drive is noted as one of the most scenic routes in Australia. - Maleny RSL Markets is open every Sunday, on the other hand Witta Markets open every 3rd Saturday. - French Cafe at Maleny Hills Motel or Spill Bar Maleny is popular for early drinks then off to a restaurant of choice – try Terraces Seafood Restaurant, King Ludwigs, or Franks. Our personal favourites: - Sunshine Coast beaches with only 45 mins away from Kings Beach, Mooloolaba Beach, Shelly Beach, and more. - Woodford, Kilcoy, and Somerset are close also – stay with us while visiting the Woodford Folk Festival each December. - Sarah's Unplugged is a personal favourite for the best lunch/breakfast selections, including specials, fish tacos, and chocolate torte. - Eumundi Farmers Market every Wednesday and Saturday approximately 55 mins away passing through the Kenilworth Valley, Chocolate Mousse, and Dairy Factory.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Please remove all rubbish from the Tiny House on departure.
- VIP - Fires to be completely extinguished with water at the end of the evening. Natural timber on the ground may be gathered for Firewood from the paddock - no fence posts or structures to be removed.
- Guests are free to walk within the boundaries of the 5 acres - there are moderately steep slopes to walk to picnic spots and a farm dam is located on site.
- NB: Toilet MUST only have natural materials and paper placed in the system - plastics will cause the system to malfunction - if systems faults, it may be at the guests expense.,Start: 22:00, End: 7:00
