Nearby attractions include New Farm Park’s historic rose gardens, Broadwater Parklands’ lagoon and playgrounds, and Windaroo Lakes Golf Club’s scenic bushland course. Explore the Berrinba Wetlands or enjoy a meal at Cafe 63, a local favorite. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home sits comfortably in the backyard, about 50 meters from a non-functioning shed and close to the lake. It features easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
