Jubilee sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. All five bedrooms have wonderful views of the beach.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. The first room is the bunk bed room; great for the kids. The next two rooms are queen size beds and have amazing views! The fourth room on the first floor has a king size bed and a shared bathroom between rooms 3 and 4. There is also another bathroom for the 1st and 2nd rooms.
The second floor of this home is spectacular. The views are breathtaking with large open windows to soak it all in. This is the living area of the home. There are living, dining and kitchen areas all wide and open. In the living area there is a large, flat screen TV over a fireplace. (This is an aesthetic feature only.) Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
