A White Sand Retreat is a beautifully decorated townhome with remarkable views of the Gulf. This unit is a 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath townhome located in the well-known Seacliffs Community on Cape San Bas, FL. You can sleep 8 people comfortably. There are two master suites and a bunk-room. Each room has its own bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. There are private balconies on each suite and living room for you to enjoy the gulf views and breathtaking sunsets. The unit is complete with a private garage for parking and extra room to store your beach toys. There is a full size washer and dryer on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a king suite with a private bathroom. There is also a bunk-room that is a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. It has its own bathroom as well. The second floor consist of the spacious living area that is comfortably furnished and open concept kitchen. You can accompany 4 at the bar and 6 more at the dining room table. The ½ bath is right off the kitchen. The third floor features your second king suite with its private bathroom. Cable TV and Wifi access is provided.
