A three-story, quiet end unit, with 2½ baths, the amenities include 2 main bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed), a bunk-bed nook (with a staircase bunk bed) that’s perfect for the younger set, and a queen-size pull-out sofa (with a deluxe 8" mattress) in the living area. The spacious eat-in kitchen provides seating for six at the table plus seating for four more at the bar.
With 1560+ sq feet of interior space, "A Beach Break" comfortably sleeps 8 with room to spare. The primary bedroom has its own private screened porch, and the third-floor screened porch provides even more outdoor living space. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
