Gulf View Townhome on Cape San Blas A three-story, quiet end unit, with 2½ baths, the amenities include 2 main bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed), a bunk-bed nook (with a staircase bunk bed) that’s perfect for the younger set, and a queen-size pull-out sofa (with a deluxe 8" mattress) in the living area. The spacious eat-in kitchen provides seating for six at the table plus seating for four more at the bar. With 1560+ sq feet of interior space, "A Beach Break" comfortably sleeps 8 with room to spare. The primary bedroom has its own private screened porch, and the third-floor screened porch provides even more outdoor living space. The award-winning "sugar sand" beach is a 90-second walk away over the community boardwalk, and the nearby St. Joseph Peninsula State Park was rated America’s Best Beach in 2002 by Dr. Stephen P.
