Gulf View Townhome in Cape San Blas Welcome to At Ease! This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhome is located in the popular Seacliff Community on Cape San Blas, FL. Seacliffs is a quiet, well maintained 54-unit community tucked away at the northern end of Cape San Blas adjacent to the beautiful St Joseph’s Peninsula State Park with access to St. Joe Bay. The complex boasts a gated entrance, landscaped grounds, a pool cabana and community swimming pool right next to At Ease. In early 2024 the pool was refinished and 1 gigabyte fiber optic internet was installed throughout the community. In 2022, a new play set and swings were added for the youngsters. Steps away from the unit, there is a new wooden dunes crossover ramp that leads to the secluded white sandy beach. At Ease is located in the 1st tier of buildings, close to the beach with expansive Gulf Views from three balconies and your pets are welcome here! This townhouse has been refreshed each year by the owners since purchasing the unit in 2011 to include new paint, furnishings, finishes and décor as well as a restocked kitchen. This year, the couches and area rug in the living area were replaced. The kitchen and dining area boast new stainless steel appliances including a new microwave. New “comfort height” TOTO toilets were also installed in every bathroom. The bay windows were replace in 2024 and the bays were freshened up with paint.In 2023, the master suite was updated with new furniture and a new walk-in tiled shower in the master bath. In addition, the old insulation was removed and replace with new spray-in foam insulation to aid with AC cooling at the unit. In 2022 all the kitchen and bathroom countertops were replaced with new quartz, fixtures and kitchen backsplash. All the floors in the unit are luxury vinyl plank flooring with area rugs. Each of the bedrooms has been refurbished within the past five years with new furniture and case goods. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, living area and 1/2 bath. In the living room area, there are two 84” couches that seat 6, a swivel tilt chair and a cozy rattan chair for seating in the living area. The open concept living area is comfortably furnished and decorated with coastal casual accessories and art. Additionally, the unit features a 55 in. HDTV flat screen with YouTube TV offering 100+ channels that also streams Netflix. Or, watch movies on the Blu-Ray/DVD player or go old school with a VCR player. While you are staying with us, you will enjoy free 1 gig WiFi for your phone, laptop or tablet and free unlimited long distance anywhere in the US. You can walk out to a large deck boasting fabulous gulf views and patio furniture for relaxing and dining. Kick back and sip a cold beverage while you enjoy views of the beach and pool from the deck.. On the 2nd floor, there is a queen bedroom suite featuring a private covered balcony with gulf views and a private bath with a tub/shower. The queen mattress and box springs were replaced in 2022. The 2nd floor also has a Twin room with a private bath as well as a cozy bay window nook with gulf views. The twin mattresses and box springs were replaced in 2023. The 3rd floor is a generously sized, redecorated Master Suite with a new (in 2023) king sized mattress and box springs, headboard, dresser and night stands. There is a walk-in closet, flat screen TV and private bath with a new walk-in tile shower and vanity with double sinks. Watch the waves crash on the beach or enjoy the pelicans flying by from your own private balcony off the Master with its sweeping views of the gulf. On the ground floor there are beach chairs and toys for use during your stay and the washer and dryer available for your convenience. Throw some fresh Gulf shrimp on the double burner gas grill located on the back patio. At Ease has all you need for a wonderful time at the beach.
