Welcome to At Ease! This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhome is located in the popular Seacliff Community on Cape San Blas, FL. Seacliffs is a quiet, well maintained 54-unit community tucked away at the northern end of Cape San Blas adjacent to the beautiful St Joseph’s Peninsula State Park with access to St. Joe Bay. The complex boasts a gated entrance, landscaped grounds, a pool cabana and community swimming pool right next to At Ease. In early 2024 the pool was refinished and 1 gigabyte fiber optic internet was installed throughout the community. In 2022, a new play set and swings were added for the youngsters. Steps away from the unit, there is a new wooden dunes crossover ramp that leads to the secluded white sandy beach. At Ease is located in the 1st tier of buildings, close to the beach with expansive Gulf Views from three balconies and your pets are welcome here!

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
