The Home
This 3BR/3BA 2000 square foot gulf-front condo has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook a complete meal. The condo has a large King size bed in the master bedroom and one of the guests bedrooms, with Queen size bed in the other guest bedroom and a full sofa sleeper in the living room.
The large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Gulf and Pass and allows access to a spacious balcony. You can enjoy the view of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and two of the three bedrooms.
The condo is furnished with a large HDTV, complete with HD digital cable and BluRay player for all your entertainment needs. And the owner will provide you with a complimentary beach set up 2 chairs and 1 umbrella to enjoy the sun and beach during season.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
