Inlet Reef 109

Beginning in late August 2025 until May 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. Bring the whole family, even the dog to this deluxe corner condo at Inlet Reef, room 109. The only three bedroom condo with three bathrooms in IRC; this unit sleeps eight guests, no Sofa Sleeper required. This beachfront condo is large and in charge, and feels like a complete home on the beach. . The open kitchen has plenty of counter space and comes with all the full size appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite feast. There are two dining tables, on that sits six and one that sits four, ensuring you will have more than enough room for every guest to relax over an evening beachfront meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is an enclosable laundry room, complete with a full size wash and dryer. On the opposite end of the kitchen you will find a separate bar area that comes with a KitchenAid ice machine, guaranteeing your drink will stay cold. The Living Room has a large flat-screen HDTV, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, and two separate access points to the Gulf front wrap-around balcony. The Master Bedroom comes with 2 Queen Beds, a flat-screen HDTV, a DVD player, and access to the balcony. The Master Bathroom has a dual vanity area separated from the other area of the bathroom where both the walk-in shower and bathtub/shower combination are located. The first Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed and a flat-screen HDTV, while the second Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds and a flat-screen HDTV. One Guest Bathroom is located off the Living Room and offers a walk-in shower, while the other Guest Bathroom, adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms, has a bathtub/shower combination. This condo sits directly over the pool and hot tub of Inlet Reef for quick access to the pool or beach by stairs or elevator, and the wrap-around balcony of this corner property offers amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.  This property offers complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet access. One dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although certain Inlet Reef units allows a dog, dogs are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
