A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home located in the Southern Tablelands, with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless, eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people’s needs with natural resources and processes to save water through the use of eco-friendly toilets to save the environment. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Bedervale Tiny," positioned 250 meters away. Available with 24 hrs’ advance notice. Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including our gardens and farms. By car: - 1 hr (88km) drive to and from Canberra - 5 hr (1.4km) drive to and from Braidwood - 35 mins (45km) to and from Big Hole By Public transport: We recommend guests to travel on a private vehicle or v-hire. - Some areas are shared - BBQ grill is not available - No smoking allowed on the property - Pets should be kept on a leash at all times - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed - Light breakfast available at an extra charge - We have a common road 50 metres away, and we are a working farm - Guests with infants would have to bring their own portable travel cot - You can bring your own firewood or purchase it from the local petrol station - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - There is another tiny house on this property, which is also rented out, so expect some company from other guests. The 2 tiny houses are about 250 metres apart Important note: - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - We advise guests to KEEP AN EYE on children inside, as the stairs to the loft are quite steep - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
