If you are looking for the perfect Destin family vacation home, look no further than Stella Maris, a stunning home in the community of Destin Pointe. Stella Maris has three bedrooms and a study that has a queen bed and sofa sleeper, three and a half bathrooms, and sleeps ten guests in paramount comfort. The main floor of the home is where you will find the Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Laundry Room, one Guest Bedroom, one Full Bathroom, and one Half Bathroom. Once you enter the home through the French Doors, you will see a Guest Bedroom on your right, a Half Bathroom on your left, and the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Area straight ahead. The Guest Bedroom on the main floor has a King bed, a HDTV, a DVD player, a large closet, a private bathroom, and a set of French Doors leading to the Front Porch. The private Bathroom has a one of a kind vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. Beyond the Guest Bedroom and past the stairway you will reach the Living Room and Kitchen. The Living Room as a wall mounted big screen HDTV, surround sound, two couches, two wicker chairs, one plush chair, and two sets of French Doors leading to the main floor’s vast Deck. The Deck stemming off the Living Room has both a covered area and an uncovered area. The covered area has two rocking chairs, an outside dining table, and a gas grill, whereas the uncovered area has two lounging chairs perfectly situated for working on your Florida Tan. The open Kitchen is directly behind the Living Room and comes complete with a plethora of beautiful granite counter space, a large island, a gas stove, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, bar seating for four guests, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite feast. On one side of the Kitchen you will find the Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer, and on the other side of the Kitchen you will find the Dining Area which has a large wooden rectangular table set for eight guests. The Dining Table is surrounded floor to ceiling windows, allowing you to take in the tranquil scenery while you dine. As you finish your dinner and traverse the stairway upward to the second floor of the home, you will find the remaining Guest Bedroom, Study, the Master Bedroom Suite, and one Guest Bathroom. At the top of the stairs there is a Guest Bedroom and Study on either side: The Guest Bedroom on the right has two Queen Beds, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, a large closet, and a set of French Doors leading to a balcony shared with the Study on the left side of the stairs. The Study on the left side of the stairs has a Queen bed, a couch that doubles as a Full size Sofa Sleeper, a TV, a DVD Player, and a set of French Doors leading to the shared balcony. Moving past the Guest Bedrooms on the Second floor, you’ll come to the Guest Bathroom. Accessed via the second floor hallway, this Full Bathroom has a one of a kind vanity and a walk in shower. Finally, at the end of the second floor, is the Master Bedroom Suite. This suite is fit for a king. The Master Bedroom has a big screen HDTV, DVD Player, a raised ceiling, a King size bed, and two sets of French Doors leading to the private balcony. The Master Bathroom is immense and has a large walk in closet, dual vanities encased in granite, a walk in tile shower, and a Spa tub. The Spa tub is surrounded by huge windows that offer an amazing view of one of the lakes in Destin Pointe, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Jetties. Saving the best for last, the Master Bedroom Balcony is supreme in size and comes with four wood chairs and two small tables. From this balcony, you can see one of the lakes in Destin Pointe, one of Destin Pointes two community pools, The Gulf of Mexico, the Jetties, and The East Pass. Everything in this home has been thought over to provide the guests with maximum comfort and luxury, not leaving a single wish to be unsatisfied. To get to the beach from this home, it is about a five – seven minute walk, or you can call the Destin Pointe tram service to come pick you up.
