On one side of the Kitchen you will find the Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer, and on the other side of the Kitchen you will find the Dining Area which has a large wooden rectangular table set for eight guests. The Dining Table is surrounded floor to ceiling windows, allowing you to take in the tranquil scenery while you dine. Moving past the Guest Bedrooms on the Second floor, you’ll come to the Guest Bathroom. Accessed via the second floor hallway, this Full Bathroom has a one of a kind vanity and a walk in shower. Finally, at the end of the second floor, is the Master Bedroom Suite. This suite is fit for a king. The Master Bedroom has a big screen HDTV, DVD Player, a raised ceiling, a King size bed, and two sets of French Doors leading to the private balcony. The Master Bathroom is immense and has a large walk in closet, dual vanities encased in granite, a walk in tile shower, and a Spa tub. The Spa tub is surrounded by huge windows that offer an amazing view of one of the lakes in Destin Pointe, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Jetties.
