-You must notify Property Manager Properties in advance if you will be bringing a dog and include the Pet Fee in your reservation. Please also include breed and weight.
-up to 2 dogs (totaling 75 pounds or less) are allowed but dogs are not allowed on the Beach.
-Pet fee is a minimum of $175/dog or $175/dog per week or $300/dog per month, whichever is less
-Dog-Friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.
-Puppies under 9 months are not allowed.
-Dogs breeds that are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English -Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls (any mix), Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

Within a 5-minute drive, you can enjoy dinner overlooking the Gulf sunset at popular Caddy’s on the Beach or sip island drinks overlooking the peaceful Intracoastal waterway at the Salty Rim Grill. The world-famous John’s Pass Village, an old fishing village that has been transformed into a shopping area, is just 2 miles away and home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants, and bars. John’s Pass Village has something for everyone.
