We would like to inform you that there is a nightclub next to the building that operates regularly on weekends and public holidays, from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. This notification is to ensure that everyone is aware of this activity, allowing you to plan your activities and rest accordingly. If you encounter any inconvenience or need further assistance, please contact our team so we can promptly address it.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require assistance from our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical assistance), the fee will be determined upon request.
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has come into effect. The €2.00 fee included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. Any excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow the host’s team to enter the property whenever requested for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.

Important note: There are construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect the stay of our guests.
