Located in the midst of Bighorn Sheep Canyon, this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation rental is a truly unique, tucked-away escape. The Arkansas River flows through the property and offers amazing trout fishing and water tubing! Rise each morning to admire the view from the multi-tier deck before racing around the Texas Creek OHV Area, then retire each evening by the wood-burning stove. Depending on the season, you may be able to see bald eagles, bighorn sheep, hummingbirds, and the resident beaver!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
