You will find one bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed, which has a pull-out trundle; two bathrooms, each with a shower; a living room with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and a sofa bed for an extra guest; the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a washer and dryer located inside the bright sunroom. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs. We leave our guests at ease, but we’re available whenever they need us. To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has come into effect. The €2.00 fee, included in the price of your stay, applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a charge will apply (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/television package costs of €190. If this limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property, whenever requested, to conduct property inspections. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will drop you off at the apartment! You just need to ask (price upon consultation). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation). If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
