With parking for 2 cars and just a 10 min stroll to the ocean, this house is set over 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a lovely sunny garden! The spacious, bright fully equipped kitchen with dining area seats up to 6 guests and has a feature pond in the garden. The living room has two sofas plus a TV. Close to the seafront, promenade and Leisure Centre, you can also walk to the local high street to browse through Worthing’s coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants.

KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The kitchen and dining area have tonnes of natural daylight pouring in from the conservatory that opens out onto a lovely, large sunny garden with feature pond and patio area. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The large dining table seats up to 6 guests.
GARDEN
The garden is accessible from the conservatory and features a pond, patio area with outdoor dining furniture which guests are welcome to use.
LIVING ROOM
On the ground floor you’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with two sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.
BATH / SHOWER ROOM
- The bathroom on the first floor has a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.
- On the ground floor is a separate room with sink and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.
BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.
ON THE 1ST FLOOR
- Bedroom 1, king size bed, sleeps 2 is on the first floor and has two double wardrobes and a bedside table
- Bedroom 2, double size bed, sleeps 2 is also on the first floor with a wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Bedroom 3, bunk bed, sleeps 2
*Please note - the stairs to the first floor are quite steep.

• There are also some books so please help yourself.
• There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use.
