However, due to this villas stunning hillside location, a car may be required for exploring the local area.</p> <p>Accommodating up to six guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this villa offers families and friends an incredible base for a holiday in the sun by the sea. Downstairs, the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area offers a large communal space ideal for socialising. Equipped with all the latest appliances, dining facilities, and a smart TV, you can sit back, relax, and cook up a feast for all the family.</p> <p>The infinity pool offers a spectacular view of the Ionian Sea below. Surrounded by sun loungers and shaded outdoor seating, you can easily spend a day soaking up the sunshine. With table tennis and a children’s playground area, everyone from tots to teenagers is sure to be entertained.</p> <p>As the sun begins to set, fire up the built-in barbeque and take a pew in the alfresco dining area. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensures a cool and comfortable stay at Villa Erimeli.</p> <p>For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit, walk or stand on the infinity pool edge. Children are to be supervised at all times.</p> <p>The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 400cm wide, there are no steps to the front door but the driveway is steep, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 150cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 150cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 190cm wide, the path to the pool is 230cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and paved with a ramp to the pool. The pool has a ladder. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms on the ground floor level, the bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the shower room doors are 65cm wide, both are ensuite shower rooms. There are 14 steps leading to the mezzanine level, on this level there is 1 bedroom and 1 shower room. The bedroom door is 80cm wide, the shower room door is 60cm wide. It is an ensuite shower room.
