This 8 bedroom / 14 bed luxury estate is perfect for both entertaining and relaxing, and is designed to host private events, multi-family vacations, corporate retreats, and more.
The home itself is a modern masterpiece with high-end finishes and appliances, high ceilings, views from every room, and indoor / outdoor living. The vaulted ceiling great room opens up seamlessly to the resort-style outdoor pool area complete with swim up bar, outdoor kitchen / living room, game room with a wet bar, and countless indoor-outdoor lounge areas. The property is surrounded by a sprawling vineyard creating a serene sense of place. Just past the pool is a 10,000 sq ft landscaped lawn with sprawling valley views, perfect for hosting events.
Vaquero Resort is a short 5 minutes from local wineries and 10 minutes to Old Town Temecula s vibrant activities including wineries, golf, hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, spa treatments, and Pechanga Casino. Please inquire about events prior to confirming booking.

Property Manager (@stayfieldtrip) is a boutique hospitality brand elevating the short-term rental experience. We design, develop, curate, and professionally operate a portfolio of design-focused properties. The Property Manager experience combines the amenities and service of a luxury lifestyle hotel with the privacy and intimacy of a home.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your Property Manager home is now easier than ever. Property Manager s mobile app experience (powered by DACK) contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you ll find it all here. This app is highly encouraged to check into your Property Manager home and thoroughly (and effortlessly) enjoy the property and amenities.
- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 2 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.
- POOL HEAT - Spa heat is included in the cost of your stay. Pool heat is an additional $250/night, 2 nights minimum from March - December
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee starting at $2,500, with the final cost increasing based on scope and coverage.
- PHOTO/VIDEO COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees starting at $1,500 and up to $5,000 for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
