Located on a quiet street within the Altamar II complex, this property is one of 14 residences sharing charming gardens and a pool area with a children’s section. Conveniently located just steps away from the natural rocky beach, the La Fontana marina and the sandy coasts of Arenal, it offers a serene refuge.
The southwest-facing terrace leads to the spacious living room with living and dining areas, while the kitchen occupies the rear of the house with access to the backyard and the adjacent swimming pool. The first floor has capacity for two bedrooms and a bathroom, with stairs leading to the second floor with a large gallery bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The highlights include a spacious living space, two outdoor areas, air conditioning, and its proximity to the sea and various services around the Arenal beach.
Nearby services include supermarkets, with the historic city of Jávea just 3 kilometres away. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the numerous and excellent golf courses of the Costa Blanca, the nearest being just 10 minutes by car.
JH’s Tip: Altamar Blue is very close to Altamar Townhouse. If you’re coming with family, booking both apartments could be a good option!

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
