St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort in the heart of St. Augustine Beach has 24 hour gated security, two pools (one heated), 4 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, 5 courtyard jacuzzis, and two boardwalks to the beach access. No need to drive anywhere! You can park your car and enjoy the beach, pool, and tennis, or walk next door to Santiago’s or to any other of the numerous restaurants. You can even take a golf cart shuttle over to Salt Life Restaurant right across from St. John’s Ocean Pier where you can take in a concert or sunset from the pier. There is also a Trolley stop nearby that will take you to all the points of interest in The Old City just a few miles away!
This cozy and tastefully decorated condo is conveniently located near the beach access, as well as the tennis courts and pool. Relax with comfortable furnishings in the living area which features plenty of seating, dining table for six, and large-screened TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and outfitted with new stainless appliances for you to cook "at home" if you so choose. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed for comfortable sleeping, and the secondary bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin over queen bunk, giving various sleeping arrangement options. Beds are outfitted with crisp, white linens, and bathrooms are stocked with white, fluffy towels. This unit comes with beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.

Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
