Casa Agrupadas is a beautiful, completely renovated 4-bedroomed apartment (sleeps 7) in the highly sought-after area of Nueva Andalucia. A spacious, light and airy ground floor apartment with contemporary Scandinavian design and décor, top of the range appliances, and a lovely large terrace (30m2), this is an excellent choice for your holidays in Marbella. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is a fresh and modern open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a double fridge/freezer and all the mod cons. There is a separate laundry area with a washer/dryer and iron. There are sliding doors that lead to the beautifully arranged wooden-decked terrace. There is a chill-out lounge corner and a dining table. There is an awning for when you prefer shade to eat or relax. Here there is a gas BBQ too… perfect for alfresco dining. An added advantage to this lovely apartment is that there is direct access from the terrace to the communal gardens and pool. There is a vast grassed area and a large swimming pool. The accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite (shower). The shared bathroom has a double sink and a large rain shower. There are 2 double bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is a single bedroom and features a contemporary industrial-style glass wall next to the kitchen. There is air conditioning throughout (independent units, except in the 4th bedroom), a Smart TV, and WIFI. Casa Agrupadas has on-street parking available for members of the urbanisation. This apartment offers a fresh, contemporary, and stylish space to enjoy your holidays and has the added benefit of being in a GREAT location; There is direct access to the main road, allowing a 2-minute walk to the supermarket and some fantastic restaurants. Puerto Banús is a 20-minute walk (5 minutes by car). Centro Plaza and restaurants such as Breathe, La Sala and Occo are a 10-minute walk away. Within just a few minute’s drive, you could be in Puerto Banús, Marbella Old Town or San Pedro. And for the golfers, Las Brisas, Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos, and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) Golf Clubs are all very close by. Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties.
