This rate includes:
-Utilities: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes,

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.
The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week).
Tourism tax (where applicable).
This welcoming farmhouse surrounded by nature will make you fall in love immediately: the large infinity pool and the belvedere, from which it takes its name, to relax in front of the lush Pesaro hills.
Interior:
A large living room with a fireplace and a very bright dining area, the kitchen with a peninsula and, still a ground floor, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there is a second sleeping area with parquet flooring and a bathroom with shower. The 2 bedrooms on this floor consist of one double and one with a bunk bed for 3 people: double in the lower part and single in the upper part. A third bathroom is located in the pool area.
Park:
Casale Belvedere has a large well-kept garden full of cool shaded areas. From the porch equipped with comfortable sofas and the kitchen with an oven for outdoor dinners, you enter the villa with a modern and rustic flavor at the same time.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool measures 6 x 15 metres, is 1.40 meters deep and will be open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
