The apartment is the ideal holiday accommodation for a family or group of friends looking for comfort, high-quality facilities, location, and all those small details that make an apartment that little bit more special.
It is situated in a quiet street of the Old Town, next to Zurriola Beach and a step away from the city centre.
The apartment occupies the fifth and sixth floors of a building with a lift, and it stands out above all because of its size and the terraces it enjoys, some with sea views.
It offers a large lounge with two very different spaces, a spacious dining-sitting room, a modern and independent kitchen, three double bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, and a guest’s toilet.
On the main floor of the apartment, there is a big lounge with comfortable sofas, several chairs, and a relaxation armchair situated by one of the French doors with direct access to a terrace. On the other side of this floor, we find the dining-sitting room, a very pleasant and spacious room where you’ll be able to enjoy wonderful evenings during your holidays.
This room also offers two French doors with direct access to another terrace where you can also spend great evenings. The modern kitchen is perfectly equipped with top-of-the-range electric appliances, complete kitchenware, and a useful open window onto the dining area. There is also a guest’s toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms and two perfectly fitted bathrooms, as well as two large terraces. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a beautiful dressing area behind the original headboard, and a modern en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower cubicle. The three bedrooms offer direct access to large terraces, although it is only that of the main bedroom (and that of the lounge) which enjoys breathtaking sea views.
The second bedroom also has a double bed while the third bedroom offers a trundle bed. The second bathroom in the apartment is fitted with a bathtub.
This vacation apartment also offers double glazing and a Wi-Fi Internet system. It doesn’t have a garage, and the parking situation in the area is difficult and expensive. If you’re coming to San Sebastian by car, we can reserve a parking spot at a nearby car park when you make your apartment reservation. Thanks to its location in the Old Town and by Zurriola Beach, as well as the quality of its facilities, the apartment is without doubt the ideal vacation apartment for a family or a group of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastian.

About the area
Donostia-San Sebastian, often simply referred to as San Sebastian, is a coastal city in the Basque Country of northern Spain, renowned for its stunning beaches, exquisite cuisine, and vibrant cultural scene. This picturesque city, with its blend of natural beauty and urban sophistication, is a gem that beckons travelers from around the world.
The city's most famous beach, La Concha, is a crescent of fine golden sand that stretches along a bay bordered by lush hills. It's a perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying water sports, with its scenic promenade offering a delightful route for a leisurely stroll or bike ride. For those seeking a more active beach experience, the surfers' haven of Zurriola Beach is just a short walk away.
San Sebastian is a culinary paradise, boasting more Michelin stars per capita than almost any other city on the planet. Its Old Town, or Parte Vieja, is a maze of narrow streets lined with bars and restaurants serving pintxos, the Basque version of tapas, which are considered an art form here. A pintxos crawl, hopping from bar to bar to sample these delicious bites, is an essential San Sebastian experience.
Cultural offerings abound in San Sebastian, with events like the prestigious San Sebastian International Film Festival drawing cinema enthusiasts each year. The city is also home to the Kursaal Congress Centre and Auditorium, a striking piece of contemporary architecture that hosts a variety of performances and events.
For a panoramic view of the city and its surroundings, visitors can ascend to the top of Monte Igueldo via a vintage funicular. At the summit, not only are the views breathtaking, but there's also an old-fashioned amusement park that adds a touch of whimsy to the experience.
San Sebastian's charm extends to its historical landmarks, such as the Basilica of Saint Mary of the Chorus and the San Telmo Museoa, which delves into Basque society and culture. The city's love for tradition is palpable in its festivals, including the Tamborrada, where the entire city comes alive to the sound of drums.
With its combination of natural beauty, world-class gastronomy, cultural richness, and friendly atmosphere, San Sebastian is a destination that offers a truly immersive travel experience. Whether indulging in the local cuisine, lounging on the beach, or exploring the city's cultural heritage, visitors to San Sebastian are sure to create memories that will last a lifetime.
