Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 6 - Max Occupancy: 6 - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide extra linens. - Internet Speed: 150 Mbps - Cleaning fee: $170 Property Manager openly shares and posts our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Our cleaning fees, backed by our Clean Guarantee, reflect the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a cleanness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it! Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
