This home is centrally located in a small community, just outside of Munising (Pictured Rocks) with a store & gas station all within an easy stroll from the house. The Au Train Beach dunes are just across M-28, also an easy walk or quick ride. The ease of getting to the ATV and snowmobile trails with quick access to Trail 417 is ideal. This Au Train area averages 152 inches of snow per year! Bring your active friends and family, yet please be respectful of excessive noise since there are neighbors in close proximity. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
