Welcome to Courtyard Villa #B-2. Only a short distance to the Pier/Village area and 3/4 mile to the nearest beach access point. Distance alone is enough to book this unit but it has so much more!
Upon entering the unit you will find the open concept with the kitchen, dining room and living room. You will love the furniture and decor and will find that most of your needs have be provided for. Just off the living room is an enlarged patio with table and chairs and a gas grill. A half bath rounds out the downstairs portion of the town home.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms serviced by a full bath. The master bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed and the second bedroom has a set of twins. Like downstairs, the upstairs is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
