This wonderful condo is open and bright and offers a beautiful modern kitchen with all new counter tops, and new stainless-steel appliances. There is plenty of room for all 6 guests at the high-top dining table.
The master has a queen-sized bed and en-suite with a walk-in shower, double vanities, large master closet and large mounted flat panel television. The second bedroom features a bunk set with a Queen on the top and a Queen on the bottom. There is also a mounted ROKU TV. The second bathroom is right off the bedroom.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
- • No pets are allowed at this property
- • Parking for 2 cars Wimbledon complex. Spaces are not assigned.
- **Minimum renter age is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 3 TVs in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
- • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
